At Logspeak, we value fairness, transparency, and client satisfaction.
This policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Must be done at least 24h before the session to avoid penalties. Cancellations within 24h, no-shows, or arrivals 15+ minutes late are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Requests: Email support@logspeak.com with your registered name/email, booking/session details, and reason. Support replies in 2 business days; approved refunds take 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Abuse Prevention: Refunds may be refused for repeated requests, excessive use during refund periods, or claims outside eligibility.
Policy Changes: Logspeak may update this policy anytime, effective immediately upon posting

Yes, lessons in your package do have an expiration date. You can take a break of up to 1 month if needed. However, if 2 months pass without scheduling a lesson, the remaining lessons will expire, and you will need to purchase a new package to continue.
We encourage students to plan their lessons regularly so they can stay on track and get the most out of their package.
