At LogSpeak, we strive to provide high-quality online language lessons between tutors and students. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have created this refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. General Refund Conditions
Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.

Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of tutor no-show or verified technical issues.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, etc.) within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Refund Scenarios
3.1. Student-Initiated Cancellations
Less than 24 hours before the lesson: Full refund or lesson rescheduling (your choice).

More than 24 hours After the lesson: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at the tutor’s discretion.

3.2. Tutor-Initiated Cancellations
If a tutor cancels a confirmed lesson, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost with another tutor.

3.3. Tutor No-Show
If the tutor fails to attend the session without prior notice, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling with another tutor.

3.4. Technical Issues
If a lesson is interrupted or cannot proceed due to technical problems on our platform or from the tutor’s side, you may request a partial or full refund.

Technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., poor internet connection) are not refundable but rescheduling may be possible at the tutor’s discretion.

3.5. Dissatisfaction with Lesson Quality
If you are unsatisfied with a lesson, contact us within 24 hours after the session with specific details.

We will review your case and may offer a partial refund, credit for future lessons, or free rescheduling.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

The lesson was missed by the student without prior cancellation notice.

Refund request submitted more than 24 hours after the scheduled lesson.

Dissatisfaction caused by personal preference without specific issues or evidence.

Technical issues on the student’s device or internet connection.

5. Package Purchases
Refunds for lesson packages are available only if requested less than 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson in the package.

If less more 24 hours remain before the first lesson, or if any lesson from the package has been used, no refund will be given.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your refund request, you can escalate the issue by contacting our support team directly at support@logspeak.com or online live chat support. We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
