Users under 18 may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

Subscription details, pricing, and available packages are displayed on the website and may change at any time. Changes do not affect existing purchases already confirmed by Logspeak.

8. Lesson Attendance

Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time.

Logspeak is not responsible for missed sessions resulting from:

  • Device malfunctions.
  • Incorrect scheduling information provided by the student.
  • Failure to attend the lesson.

Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Meetups and In-Person Events

Logspeak may organize in-person language meetups and events.

Participants agree:

  • To behave respectfully toward other attendees.
  • Not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
  • To follow venue rules and applicable laws.

Logspeak reserves the right to remove participants from any event without refund if their behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.

Participation in meetups is at the user’s own risk.

10. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or tutors.
  • Upload unlawful or offensive content.
  • Record lessons without permission.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on Logspeak, including:

  • Logos.
  • Text.
  • Graphics.
  • Videos.
  • Course materials.
  • Website design.
  • Software and technology.

is owned by Logspeak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Logspeak.

By submitting content, you grant Logspeak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operating and improving the platform.
